Due our plans, I was returning the trailer after business hours. The way to do that is to do it via the app on your phone. The cell service where this location is was only one bar for some of the time, and no bars at others. It took nearly 30 minutes to do the check-in on the app. Recommendation: have locations offer wifi when cell service isn't strong and they accept after hours returns.
