The reason for no on personnel was nobody was because there was just a key drop off which is fine

This wasn’t our original pick up location. In fact, when we got to the original location, a truck wasn’t there. We then had to wait an hour, after driving almost 4 hours, to figure out where we can go to get another U-Haul. Which was 30 minutes away. You all need to do better and have the contractors report to you properly. This was horrible. And it wasn’t the first time our orders were messed up that week. 2 other trucks were canceled on us.

Pamela RThis location is in an area where cell phone reception is poor at best with one bar on LTE. The truck I reserved was not there. When I logged into the app it said my equipment wasn’t available. I was transferred three times, disconnected twice. They upgraded my truck from what I reserved to what was available at no additional charge. There was no utility dolly or furniture dolly in the back of the truck and the truck was FILTHY in the back as well as the front floor board was sticky. I had to drive an additional 10.2 miles round trip to get the dolly’s I had already paid for. I really expected to get a refund for my inconvenience and the lack of equipment.
Amy FI went and no equipment was assigned. Office was 30 minutes late opening and went over my pick up time. Didn't recieve but was charged with appliance dolly and wooden furniture dolly. Check engine light came on not even before hitting the road. Transmission was awful and needs replaced, skipped reverse and neutral and went straight to drive. And the key kept getting stuck in the ignition
