The person that called me back from the automatic system on my questions was very pleasant. The guys at the store were all very great when i picked up. They get 5 stars The 1 start is for the Area manager Ashok Hhowever, the area manager Ashok Reigns sent me the corrected invoice today and changed my mileage back to what the app had incorrectly said when I picked up the vehicle. In his reply he said "The Phot uploaded to the system was taken during travel and not on the lot" the vehicle was in the front of the store when i picked it up. on the lot. Multiple photos were taken when I went through the app. All at the same time and same location when I got the vehicle. I had submitted a picture when i picked up the vehicle, but he said it wasnt clear. When i returned the vehicle and submitted a picture, initially the app showed a different odometer reading from the picture so I retook the photo. I dont know why the app didnt do the same when I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was at 1/8 a tank and I left it at 1/4 of a tank. I purchased $15 or 10l of gas. I traveled to 53 Widdicome blvd, then to Value Village at 2549 Weston Rd where I got gas, then back to the yard to return the vehicle. i dont appreciate being accused of defrauding your system by taking the vehicle and then doing the check in after i started to drive it. not a great way to deal with your clients.

BAHNAM SThe back of the truck smelled like poop or vomit or similar. It was terribly bad. The pickup location itself was fine. Convenient location. The place itself wasn't much to speak of, but it doesn't need to be. Just need a way to get the truck. I did opt for App Pickup to try and expedite things, but the process made me go to the counter anyway.

MIKE GMy experience was great once I downloaded the app. To try and book online sent me in circles and I didn't have any luck securing a truck... I called the help number and was taken care of immediately and advised to download the app.. from that point on the experience was smooth. It would be nice if you could design luxury moving trucks with more comfortable seats.
Lisa GArrived to location and door was locked, poor signage. Proprietor running multiple business operations out of makeshift office. Website clearly states cost is $0.99/km. Billed for $1.59/mile. A rental that should have cost about $45 was billed for $157. Will NEVER use this shady operation again.
CRAIG CI used the truck for about 7 hours. Picked it up around noon on the Saturday and returned it around 7pm on the same day. Much to my surprise I was billed an additional 2 days. I called Ceemag Logistics the Monday afterwards, explained that I used the truck for 7 hours and returned it same day. They were looking into details and were to call me back, I never received a return call. The cost for the additional two days was $120 and needs to be reversed ASAP. It's poor business practice to receive a call with a customer complaint, speak to me for 10 minutes, advise they will call back and then hear nothing. This needs to be resolved asap and my account credited for that additional costs that was not accurate.

Erin JUnable to pick up at agreed upon time. Did not have dolly that was booked. Place was dirty and unprofessional. Uhaul should be embarassed to contract with these people. Van was not fully fuelled on pick up, so when I needed to return it I ended up overfilling the tank and essentially donating gas back to them. 0/5 stars.
