Terrible pickup experience. Couldn't hitch to the trailer where it was parked (downslope). Pulled the trailer (struggling 200lbs 6ft male) to level surface. Baby in car seat & no help. So much trouble with the return which took nearly an hour. Place is dirty, smelly. It's a convenience store, so there were at least 20 interruptions. They couldn't get my card to process.Frederick S.
The location is dirty and they make you wait to rent your U-Haul if people are purchasing other things. Literally you stand there while everyone gets service and once there are no other customers they work on renting the U-Haul. If a customer comes in not related to getting a U-Haul your put on hold and ignored. The place is a dump. The only reason I rent here is because it's close and they have a ton of rentals more than likely because nobody actually wants to rent from them. I do everything on the app before so the check in and check out process at the store is as simple as can be but it doesn't matter because they make you do it all over agin with them. Worst place to rent a U-Haul.Andrew M.

Hidden costs always associated with U-Haul. Was told it would cost $40 to rent a trailer I used it longer than I expected and foretold the people who worked on site and they said don't worry about it as long as it's returned same day there's no extra charges. When I returned the trailer I was charged $92 because â€œ2 uses timeâ€. Seems to always be the case with U-Haul rentals and that deters customers.Tyler N.

I had a reservation that was made months prior to the pickup date for a location in Fayetteville. The day before my rental I got a call saying they did not have the truck that I reserved and I would have to drive to Centerton, 30 miles away, to get my truck. I don't understand why this happened and it was extremely inconvenient and costly for me to Uber out to Centerton. So it cost me money because of this bad planning by U-Haul.Jeff R.

It was a cold snap day with some light flurries. The gentleman who helped me hook up the car hauler was patient and courteous. The Lady that helped me was very understanding when I changed my mind on size of truck I needed. I would recommend this place to rent a uhaul from.Christine H.

A little far out from the location I was going to but they are open on Sundays!! They also gave me the bigger uhaul because the one I rented was not returned on time by previous renters. Easy pick up and drop off!!Miranda C.
I was billed for two days even I only reserved the truck for a day and there was a improper response from the store personnel. I had a very bad experience. When asked why I was charged for 2 days the response was I only booked the truck until noon and the return was past the time, which is not correct. The inside of the truck had not been swept out. Even though we did our reservation prior and even did the online check-in, it took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle because the employee restarted the reservation for some reason. He also did not add me as a driver even though I had added myself when making the reservation, so my husband was the only one who could drive the Uhaul - which was an inconvenience due to our prior arranged plans for this move.Romualdo T.

Uhaul changed my pickup location without my notice 2 times. Picking up took an extremely long time. During the process the employee had their vehicle repossessed. The employee left myself and other customers waiting while they tried to save their vehicle from the tow service. Absolutely horrible experience. Already had 1 small refund due to location change. Uhaul has to figure out how to uphold their reservations.Derek D.
First of all i reserved the uhaul in advance when i gor their they could not find my reservation then he said he needed back that night when i reserved it for 8 hours he wanted it back in two. We paid for 50 extra miles and we only drove 57 miles and he charged us for 97 miles i will never rent a uhaul again from their and he was very rudeHeather S.
I did an online check in process and wish that it would have let me start it at home vs sitting out in the heat for 20 minutes working on it. I also had to go inside to get the key and equipment which defeated the purpose of online check in.Taylor H.

I think the person here must get screwed with all the time in terms of people not filling up the tank, not helping with the returns, I don't know, but my fiancÃ© described it as the worst customer experience of any transaction she's ever had.Samuel F.

We had a miscommunication and we informed the U-Haul we would be late by an hour or so returning. They said no problem! Upon checking out, we were charged 20 dollars an hour. That was not mentioned in the phone call. After being late to get our equipment, I feel like it was only fair we get it returned late. I believe I deserve the $40 back.Mick S.

Why was the gas tank only half full when I picked it up. It's hard for a customer to gauge how much gas to fill it back up to half full. I ended up fill in more than I used (I filled it up to 3/4 tank full) and was not reembursed for filling it a quarter tank more than I received it. I explained this to the owner and he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Obviously if I'm taking the time to fill this out, I'm going to comment on your poor quality of service, I'm not satisfied with the service. In the future it would be good if customers receive a full tank of gas so we can return it full and not overpay for gas.kyle H.

You changed the location, forcing me to drive- and therefore pay $.99/mile- for 30 extra miles. The location you sent me to was extremely rude, did not follow social distancing and mask ordinances which are REQUIRED by the state and county, and when I even backed up to not want them to breath on me the guy literally stepped up to me with his chest within 12inces of mine and laughed in my face and then walked around the counter to finish the process still laughing. You pentalized me for having incorrect information on your web site- I understand you don't 'guarantee' the equiptment, but you had me rent from a location that isn't even approved to rent equiptment yet and then I had to pay thirty dollars. Associates inside would benefit from being a little more on top of things and providing a little more service rather than expecting the customer to do portions of their job for them that I would expect the person to do such as taking a picture of the odometer and gas meter and asking multiple times for the same information.Christopher W.

The Uhaul was nasty and dirty. I had to spend time cleaning the inside the cab and in the box. The box was muddy and wet and I had to take several towel to clean and dry it out.Jeffrey S.

I had arrived at 4:20pm for truck pick up, they gave me paper documents but key is not available with them as some person has taken the key and went away from store. I was standing for 90 minutes at store for key . This is my first move and really bad experience with U Haul. I had overpaid my movers 100$ additional for the delay by UHaul.SAI KIRAN S.
