The drop off procedure was a bit difficult, but I used my phone drop off and I really had no guidance on where to park. The U-Haul. The whole procedure for drop off of wasn't user-friendly. It was just U-Haul friendly.

No phone signal, or wifi to sign in truck so got overcharged for being late. Got over charged by company for taking truck to were we were told to take it. Overall experience horrible have a receipt from u haul saying we were being charged 385 and got charged over 600 dollars on our card.
