Took forever to reserve and pick up. About 40 mins to get the truck. The person handling us did not even have the computer ready so we had to wait for it to be opened and everything plugged in. Then he had no idea what he was doing and had to keep calling for help. He could not answer any questions. Was already going to be a long day moving. This just added to it.
