waited almost an hour to pick up vehicle despite checking in online. Challenges on uhauls end to process order. held up move plans++. Staf were very friendly but was still overcharged at final bill received. Was promised 70cents/litre to switch here from Water St location; not honoured, still charged 1.09/km.
