The franchisee was very uncooperative and wouldn't answer his phone when I was at the location to pick up the truck. Earlier in the day when I called him to ask a question, he rudely told me he was on vacation and to call U-Haul. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes at his place trying to get the app to work and find the key. It was not in the location the app was showing. It was hot, mosquitoes were biting, and lots of problems finding the key and getting the app to work correctly. I had to enter all my information twice even after the app told me it had everything it needed. It kept "spinning" and eventually went away completely. After 2 or 3 phone calls to U-Haul, a nice lady stayed with me on the phone while we finally located the key. It was all a nightmare as I had another person with me who had taken me to the location. The truck I was given was not even the one I had reserved, nor were the supplies I ordered included. I was also changed to a different pick-up location from the one I had reserved several days earlier. This was done the day I was planning to pick up.

James PI returned to a place where their was no sign telling you where the office was.. I didn't see it if it was there .. so I left the trailer and called the number on my paperwork. The lady said you weren't supposed to return it til tomorrow. I didn't understand why my returning that day was a problem but she said I need to call my manager.. seriously couldn't handle things by herself . Will use someone else next time. U-Haul is a joke.
windy cThis place charged me an extra 138.70 for nothing !! The fuel was where it was supposed to be even a little over. Also was asked to bring it to another drop off location that was 8 miles further than the original one I picked when setting it up. I tried to explain this to the field manager Brianna Hughes and she would not work with me. Refunded 30 bucks !! Why did I have to pay an extra 108.00 for nothing ??
