Nothing to say aboit the guy at the service. He was polite and gave me a good service. Nevertheless, the truck is a disaster. 1-The gas level equipment doesn't show the right quantity and even though I put more gas it didn't show the right quantity. 2- They ask you to pay for an insurance that you already have on your own car… Overall, it's better to rent somewhere else than U-Haul… they trick you with the 19.99 price they show on….It comes more expensive than other companies No more business with them

Le service d'auto-cueillette fut une CATASTROPHE !!! l'application uhaul n'est absolument pas conviviale et l'aide de la téléphoniste a été nécessaire...un appel qui a duré 45 MINUTES !!! et elle a elle-même eu besoin de contacter le service informatique. Je suis totalement insatisfaite...d'autant plus que pour 43 petits klm parcourus avec le camion, on me charge 29$ d'essence !!! du VOL!

The truck (driving) cabine was dirty with coffee stains on the dashboard and debris on the floor. When I reserved I asked for 2 platforms (that I also confirmed over the phone) and a blanket. The truck did not contain any platform and had a dolly in it.

Confusing service!!! :( Hello, I was told for my recent contract adjustment that I can go and return my rental to any u-haul location at no additional charge. I updated my rental contract so that I am able to return it at any location which is why I returned to Gouin. The inexperienced store employee there could not see that I had adjusted my contract to return at any location and said that I had to go to my original location with it which is not the case...

First, this is in english only, when I speak french and clicked french. Two, I got swindled on the gas issue, I sent a a mail to customer service. Three, the truck was in poor repair, motor and transmissionwise, I would have been very worried if I had had to tarvel far

The dollies and blankets I reserved weren't in the truck, (the sliding door was not locked), and the transmission was very slippery. I was using the app and its glitches made me lose 1 hour of work. The customer service lady I called had extended my rental by 1 hour at no extra charges but it was charged anyway on my final bill. Really not impressed! Will never deal with this particular dealer again.

Je suis tres déçu de mon location hier cher un point de lication uhaul dans un carage macano situé au 6410 coin ouest centre mecano , il veut pas netoyer le camion et le déneiger, le toit de camion et toute avec la neige et la glace , je lui dit " c est dangereux mrs de partir avec la neige sur le toit " il m a dit " tu peut partir comme ça je touche pas rien moi" et il m oblige de payer 15$ pour l assurance, je conseille personne pour louer de ce point de location uhaul sur 6410 coin ouest svp c est irresponsable et zero professionnalisme

J'ai eu un problème avec le formulaire à remplir sur le téléphone. La partie où il fallait scanner le derrière du permis de conduire n'a pas fonctionné ce qui m'a fait perdre du temps. Mettez cela plus simple exemple: prendre une photo.

Super. Even on Christmas Day you guys had customer service and it is pretty safe. I like that “double verification” where someone verified information before allowing me to take the truck. Very useful and keeps fraud away. I used to rent with discount but from now on it is uhaul or nothing! Thanks for this self serve. It is a life saver seriously.

everything was smooth, truck was available at requested time (morning 9am) even though I reserved only 12hours earlier wasn't happy that It took more time at pickup because uhaul had to verify a 2nd verification because my driver's license wasn't enough overall satisfied with mobile pickup. can pickup and drop-off whenever I wish.

the Android app did not enable the CONTINUE button even after I took a photo of the dashboard many times (dropping off the cargo van). I tried at least 5 times since scratch but the result was the same. Luckily to me, the website dropoff worked well.

It wasn't clear there would be a charge for refuelling and if we do refuel it's hard to determine how much to refuel. So in the end we just paid. If there was a clear indication how much to refuel it would be nice. We were also first time user so we were a bit anxious on how using the Uhaul website will work for checkout. It would be good an email was sent to let us know how it work after you sign in. The email only told us to get to the location and sign in to the app. Only when I sign in it told me to turn in my gps but it took a long while for my gps to be on and the app keeps saying it's off. In the end I used my wife's phone where she had her gps on for a while and it worked. I think this part could be improved. Letting users know to turn in gps before signing in via an email or in the error message to tell the user that gps may take a few minutes before its detected or maybe a refresh option.

Le clé du camion n'était pas dans le casier comme prévue. Cette situation m'a causé d'énorme désagrément. Le service est vraiment mauvais. L'application ou site web ne fonctionnait pas sur mon Iphone. De plus, le service à la clientèle au téléphone ont tous la fâcheuse habitude de transférer sans indiquer oû sera transférer l'appel. Beaucoup d'amélioration à faire.

This was not our preferred location and though it was only a 4 mile distance from our preferred location, it was a 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic. We also requested a 10' truck and received a 15' truck. I was told this was a "free upgrade", however it was too big and ended up costing us more in fuel. Though I realize that this has nothing to do with the location, and when I called Uhaul I was reminded that location of pick up and size of truck cannot be guaranteed. My main issue with this location was that I did not receive our invoice/price breakdown. I called Uhaul yesterday afternoon and they could not send it. I will have to call again today.

J'ai perdu la clé et votre service 1800 n'a jamais été en mesure de m'aider concrètement. Ils étaient tous gentils mais sans solution. J'ai due m'organiser tout seul et payer $400.00 pour une clé et j'ai perdu $500. d'honoraires. Pas ma meilleur journée et certainement pas une belle expérience avec U HAUL. Je vais recommander le garage mais pas U HAUL.

Knmake sure trucks are full so we do not have to guess how much gas is needed tobring itto same level or supply a litre guide per 8th or quarter of a tank.

The Truck had a severe smell of dogs. I was suffocating after 5 mins of driving. I made the booking online and didn't accept the insurance. When i went to the location, the gentlemen didn't review the contract with me and charged me the insurance anyway. He simply said the contract will be sent to the same email on file. I understand it was up to me to review the contract but i didn't expect the gentleman to change my booking options. I felt cheated. After i returned the truck , the total amount was much higher and that's when i questioned him to explain how it ended up to 65$. His explanation was that the website is malfunctioning and the insurance is not optional. I left from there and called U-Haul customer service and Melanie Poston helped me with the refund. I will be very careful if ever i need to use UHaul services again because Integrity is very valuable asset for any business. Thank you

When I received a call to confirm my reservation I was given another adress. The reservation location was changed without calling me to let me know. When we (uhaul employee and I) called to confirm the trailer was indeed there and tell him I was on my way the gentleman very rudely told us he had confirmed with me (not true) and that he would close in 15 minutes (30 minutes before his actual closing time and it would take me at least 30 minutes to get to him). I was told I would get a discount for the inconvenience which I never received. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone who has to move, unfortunately this is not the first time I am disappointed by their service and I won't be using your company again
