It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. I truly appreciate their help and positive attitude—it made a big difference during a stressful time. There are always problems with you all you schedule a date they decide to pick a different date then you get the correct date and the location is closed on a Saturday which is ridiculous they should not be even doing you all most people work Monday through Friday and need weekends to move I will never use you all again I actually made a reservation for a new move truck using budget I'm sick and tired of you all and all their mistakes
