I arrived about a half hour early (8:30am), which was a half hour after the posted opening time (8:00am). They door was locked. About five minutes before my pick-up time (9:00am) someone appeared in the building and waved me in. He asked me for my driver's license to take a picture of it (I already submitted a picture of my driver's license on line). He printed out a form, circled several things on the form, and handed it to me and I left. with the rental truck without instruction. The man spoke broken english an not sure if he understood much of what I said. I did not see him initially enter the building, I suspect he slept there overnight. I could be wrong, a truck did pull into the parking lot for a short period of time an left, but I did not notice anyone getting out of the truck. The truck made a loud ticking sound but I assumed that was not a problem. The truck was clean and road smoothly.
Mark BI rented the U-Haul for $39 plus $0.99 a mile was charged $75 total the U-Haul head just above a quarter tank of gas in it and then they charge me an additional $85 to put gas in it even though I paid for mileage which I disputed because that's a scam

Cody SThe employee, Alex, was very friendly but not aware of the requirements necessary to add an additional driver. He said my brother could just drive the truck with no problems. He did not explain that I could add him using the app. I learned that at the follow on location. Alex attempted to rent us a trailer that had a bent tongue/frame and was missing the webbing to properly secure the passenger side tire of the trailered auto. When I brought this to his attention, he made a phone call and routed us to another Uhaul to pick up a different trailer. The truck we rented from his was fine.
