I picked up the truck without incident but there were no dollies that I had rented in the truck. I took the truck so we could start loading it and called the 800 number, held for 15 minutes only to be told to go back to the same place to pick up the dollies. I rang and rang the door with no response. I tried to call other locations but they were way out of my way of where I was going. Then someone came to the location. He did not work for uhaul but rented a bay. He got me the dollies. This was ridiculous. It was a waste of time and when you are moving to a different town every minute counts. Don't recommend this location. Never had problems with uhaul before.Melissa A.

We didn't go inside the building and did echeck-in. The truck was clean but the outside was very scratched up. Overall, the echeck-in process was a little hassle but was nice given the covid situation.Lyndsey F.
This location was fine. I just had a problem with the rep who called me to tell me I can not Drop it off at the original location I out down on the internet . I said that's fine I can drop it off in huntersville. She said I would have to call that original location I rented it from. I said you can't just look it up in the computer fir Me. She said I can drop it off in concord. I said huntersville is closer. If you are looking at the computer telling me where I can go I said check huntersville for me. I was nice until she got rude with me. She started to get rude with me. The conversation was recorded by yall. I was driving thru a huge rain storm in Florida this lady was a complete bitch with no customer service and I finally flipped out on her. If I didn't have the terrible experience picking it up I would have called the orginak Spot. But that lady could have said you know what let me check instead of saying we don't need to go back and forth about what location to drop it off at . I told you to call the place you rented it from. That's when I let it out!!!! Help me find a spot closer to my house and get better customer service!!! I am not pissed thinking about how bad of an experience it wasKevin A.
