Even though I pre-booked and declined insurance coverage I was still charged for it. I did get a refund for the amount after contacting U-Haul, but I wasn't refunded the HST that I paid. Make sure you check for it before you sign.

MOHAMED Ias discussed with Uhaul customer concern department through rep- cortene, i suppose to get call by manager about 2 days charge as actually, i keep rental for less then 24 Hrs. no one manager call me and charge me 2 days rent it is not reasonable and so disappointed with it. i have to get my one day rent back as it is over charged to me. I will be waiting a call back @ 647-287-4699
