First of all, I rented a 20 foot truck back in February at a different location which was closer to our house. We went to first location which was a UHaul facility and they had nothing, called around and went to this location for a 26 foot truck. The location was at a gas station and luckily the clerk was super nice and helpful but had to do everything over the phone with UHaul. This truck was huge and the amount of gas it took was crazy expensive for what we needed. I have to rent more trucks and might look around at other companies because of this experience. We also signed up for a load share but could not do it because of the size truck. Just poor planning and execution on UHaul side with me reserving a certain size truck and location months ago.
