The check in and check out process was not the best. The BP drop off was slammed and the key drop off was junk. Idk if I missed it when I ordered online, but the check in and check out details /instructions should be provided so that I was prepped. I wouldve taken my passport with me for the Verification but was unpreparred and had to bug family who was working to answer the call and that took forever.

Scott DThe truck had boxes and trash in it. We help cleaned it out. We ordered a car trailer for the next day . Pick up was in inkster, they call for us to go to the Wayne center after waiting one hour they sent us to Ypsilanti and waited another hour. We were quoted one price and ended up paying triple the price. The man at the bp gas station sent the paper work for with the price ,but the other would not accept it. We were suppose to pick both up at the inkster center. If we were not trying to leave by Saturday evening we woul try someone else.

Julie NWe picked up the vehicle from a gas station. It was very difficult to hear the person behind the thick glass. When I started the car, its tank was empty and I had to refill it with gasoline. The truck was parked right under the tree branches and we had to try very hard not to damage it while taking it out. They did not have the protection blankets that I had requested and paid for in advance, so they offered to give me a transport cart instead. Because of this, many of my belongings were damaged. It was the worst experience a customer could have.

FOUAD BThey didn't have the appliance Dolly I'd booked on the website, and required I return the truck to where I'd picked it up rather than a drop off point. It took me longer to do the job thanks to not have a Dolly, so they charged me for two rental periods. Then it cost me twice the travel mileage because I had to take it all the way back to where I got it from. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know the same. Almost half the money I paid them was from hardships they created. They added more headache to the move, and more cost on top of it.
