would have liked the option to read and sign documents rather than only email on line where it is difficult to read a multiple page document on a 3 inch phone

The truck had boxes and trash in it. We help cleaned it out. We ordered a car trailer for the next day . Pick up was in inkster, they call for us to go to the Wayne center after waiting one hour they sent us to Ypsilanti and waited another hour. We were quoted one price and ended up paying triple the price. The man at the bp gas station sent the paper work for with the price ,but the other would not accept it. We were suppose to pick both up at the inkster center. If we were not trying to leave by Saturday evening we woul try someone else.
