When a customer reserves a rental truck a month in advance, don't call them 2 days before their stressful moving day to tell them you don't have the truck they reserved. I gave the favorable rating I did based on the young lady that ended up helping me to get that truck that I reserved a month in advance.

I went after hours so it was just a key drop off. The building window was full of termites. There were no people there.

Ernest FRenters should be aware that the loading ramp on the motorcycle trailer is too short for heavier cruising bikes. I had to add wood blocking under the ramp to provide for a less steep incline so my Harley would not bottom out in the area of the ramp hinge. U-haul should consider making the ramp about 1 foot longer to alleviate this problem.
