Very tedious and time consuming to check the vehicle out and return it. Next time I’ll use a staffed location.

The app sucks and makes the process so difficult. Gas station is not nice. Felt very unsafe while you made me snap a bunch of pictures.
Colleen MEnsure the vehicle's air conditioning system works. Also, don't advertise that mobile check-in is fast. It took longer than if I had dealt with an agent in person.

NOURALDIN AWaited 45 minutes at the location speaking with uhaul customer service and employees of the chevron location none of which were any help. Took me begging the cashier at chevron to call her manage who also couldn’t advise where the keys were to finally have me propose to open the drop box and get the key inside. Very poor on the uhaul location and customer service.

Melissa GWe waited over an hour just to get the truck. Then they didn’t explain that the truck was $19.95 plus $1.99 a mile plus gas. The person in charge couldn’t get the key out of the box. It was a very bad deal all the way around. I am not sure I would rent from UHaul again. Very very discussed.
CONNIE NThe only problem - which I experienced when I rented the 15' truck at 40440 Hwy 19 N earlier last week, and again at 39720 Hwy 19 N, and which I have never experienced at U-Haul before, is that something is wrong with your computer system, which required the Dealers to contact someone on the phone and upload the info. and verify and re-verify D/L numbers, and CC #'s and so on; a time consuming process that took about 35-40 minutes to complete, before I was finally handed the keys.

Rene OI was overcharged per mile. I was told it was .99/mile and was charged 1.19/mile. The truck was not clean, sand on the floor, dirt on the seat, dashboard and in the rear cargo area. I was not provided a receipt when asked. I didn't like that they took pictures of my license, credit card front and back and insurance card.

louis lI had booked my VAN in another U-Haul down the road, Marcie & Randy of Palm Harbor Rentals, from this place. But for some reason U-Haul re-assigned it to Marathon. Marcie drove me to Marathon and did all the paper work for the VAN rental. The owner was not present from Marathon and current employee was not able to process the VAN. If Marcie was not there I would not have been able to rent my VAN. All my above comments are for Marcie and her business. Bill
