The key box was hidden and difficult to open. Also the app is slow and below average. When pictures are loading there is no indication leading the user to believe something is wrong. The back end of the app needs to be better

Pick up location was inside a quickie mart. Apparently, we were only the second reservation they had ever done took longer than expected to get done. And was unable to secure a truck as lock, had been cut, and owner was aware of it and not replaced it.
