The truck was good but if they will charge you twice the amount it's bad. Make sure you gave a good estimate on the mileage because they are going to charge you. I didn't know how far will I go they just told me to bring it back before 4pm. I got it at 9am and finished at 2pm but they charge me extra because I estimate wrong on the mileage. I hope the management of UHaul knows what the customer service name Alexis is doing. It's bad for the companydennis L.

I had to file a formal complaint! The van was filthy and there was cockroaches in the dash compartment. Absolutely disgusting!! They were crawling on my son and I and were all over in the cab. Waiting to hear back from the ManagerDebra J.
Location unsafe and needed bullet proof glass to pick up keys. Trucks was on empty when started. When driving long distance the wheel and tire alignments we're dangerously misaligned. This truck should not be used again until it is serviced. Very unhappy and would like a partial refund as we were not allowed to switch vehicles for safety at our mid point move.Giancarlos U.

Absolutely would not recommend. The store owner was extremely rude and everytime I asked for help he would ignore me or walk away from me. The uhaul was wet- the floor, seats and back part. I told him something waswas wrong with the truck, he ignored me and overcharged me. I'm not happy at all.Karen M.

My wife and I reserved a 10 ft truck for a one way trip online. When we got to the site to pick it up, the gentleman asked where we would be dropping it off. I told him we would be dropping it off on the west side. He said, "That's not gonna work for me. You have to bring it back here. That causes a dilemma. I have someone that needs the truck later." I told him I reserved the truck as a one way and we would not be bringing it back. I asked if we did bring it back would he cover the additional gas cost, and he said no. Keep in mind there were no other trucks available around us, so we needed this truck. I told him my wife and I needed a moment to talk about what we were going to do, and he said "ok well I can't hold this truck for you. So if someone else comes in and they're willing to bring it back, I'm going to give it to them." This being said while we still have 20 minutes left until our scheduled reservation time. I went back to the car and called customer service. They said this truck is a one way only truck, confirmed my reservation, and said what he is doing is wrong. They got me on the line with the scheduling manager, and he asked to speak with the gentleman at the counter. I went back inside to give him the phone, and he tried to pull a fast one on me by saying, "They cancelled your truck." I knew this wasn't true because I had the scheduling manager on the phone. I just replied with, "The scheduling manager wants to talk to you" and handed him the phone. The gentlemen was talking to the scheduling manager, "What? This guy can't go find another truck? We're going to lose out on money, I have a guy who wants the truck and he's a doctor... Ok fine I'll rent this guy the truck then.." It was an awful way to start a day of moving, and I was shocked something like this would actually happen. I highly recommend using this place as a last resort and having customer service on stand by to secure your truck.Grant H.

The gentleman that worked at the Chevron station provided great customer service. In fact, the other U-Haul customer ahead of me only spoke spanish and he spoke only english. Nice equipment, nice enough guy, but there is only one guy running the rentals and the convenience store. Trying to move on a schedule and setting up an appointment only to wait for some little old lady who wants to buy the entire stock of scratch off tickets one at a time is not something anybody should have to put up with. Next time I'm going to a dedicated uhaul center where my rental doesn't get interrupted 4x.John S.

Staff did not help load on a vehicle transport- even though the last location where I picked up the truck said for $20 they would help. At my first store I was told I could not do it because it was liability so I don't understand how I could do it at this place. Had to load an auto transport on the back of a 15 foot truck at a gas station- a busy gas station. The auto transport trailer was I a very hard location to hitch and remove- especially for someone with no experience. Just a poor experience. Started pick up at 9am and got out of there around 1045am. Had to load up around customers and with it being a gas station it was very hard to maneuver around anythingCRISTINA C.
THE TRUCK WAS 3/4 OF A TANK FULL AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A PRINT OUT INDICATING THIS. THERE WAS NO EQUIPMENT IN THE TRUCK AND THE INTERIOR HAD DEBRI IN IT. THE WINDSHIELD AND SIDE MIRRORS WERE DIRTY AS WELL.BETTY B.

The truck was dirty. The ceiling liner is coming off and the gas gage dose not work properly. Also, I scheduled to use the track for 8 hours but I only using it for 3, and this place still change me for the whole time. It is also a gas station so if a customer comings in the store they get priority over the U-Haul customer.JEFFREY W.

The back of the truck was wide open with dirt covering the floor from front to back. Also, there was multiple pieces of cardboard, trash, and fiberglass all over the back. Then, I went to the inside cab and there was trash on the floor and a cooler left inside. The store attendant said sorry and offered me a broom!JOHN A.
Check in/check out was a little clunky due to only one person handling both the uhaul portion and the register for a fairly busy gas station. I did have a great experience with updating the time I needed the truck for using the text chat feature of the website. The actual truck was filthy and smelled of urine. It was overall a dirty truck and I did have some warning lights come on as I was finishing my move. The only reason I am rating it as excellent is that the U-Haul attendant was super nice and helpful and wanted to make things right. I did not get his name but I would certainly like to see that type of customer service at other establishments. His courtesy and genuine concern made it a positive experience although the actual equipment was substandard.Jose T.

Terrible. Unsafe. Overcharged. Not only did I feel like I was nearly assaulted by an â€œemployeeâ€ upon return of the dealership yelling at me to give him the keys of the truck even though he had no clothing or recognizable attire for me to affirm he actually worked for UHaul. I was overcharged from what looks like two days, even though I returned the truck same day. Dolly was in bad shape and the truck was dirty in the cab. I expect a phone call from the corporate office to fix my bill.Raymond S.
