Had my van reserved over a week in advance and I got sent to 4 different locations in one day because each uhaul kept telling me they didn't have ANY vans to loan to me. Will never use uhaul again and will advise anyone I know not to ever use uhaul. Horrible horrible service.Gabrielle B.

The representative was late to work. No pictures of the trailer to compare from pick up to drop off, as required by uhaul site. The roof corner had a patch on it he would not acknowledge it was there. This is the only place where I've had to hook up my own trailer every other time I've rented a trailer they would move the trailer and hook it up. I would not recommend this place.johnny B.

I showed up and waited one hour for the employee to arrive. The truck was not ready when she did arrive. The internet was down so when it was all said and done it took two hours to get a truck that I wanted at 7:30a which ruined my entire schedule moving to another city. Worst experience ever and the lady said the truck had a half tank of gas and it only had a quarter tank so I had to deal with that as well.Bronson C.

You should use Serenity as a template for all new hires. She is intelligent, personable, very capable and she made me feel at ease during our exchange. I was a little overwhelmed by the move, I feel she sensed that and took pains to explain the contract to me as clearly and completely as possible. The attendant working at this U haul location was terrible. He had a terrible attitude and terrible customer service skills. Our first truck was leaking some sort of fluid and on the call to let them know it sounded as if this issue was our fault. Then when a new truck was given the lock was left on, so there were three trips involved in getting a truck. Once again the attendant acted like it was our fault that he messed up. We also filled up the tank of the leaking truck and was not given a refund or piece of mind that something would be done to correct this error.treassurechest B.

No lock was provided for the cargo door. There was also no dolly in 26 foot truck at all. Not only did i pay for the rental but also was charged 8 dollars per mile on top of everything. I only had to drive it 7 miles. Thats an extra 100 some odd dollars!daniel W.

It was fast and easy to rent the trailer. There was a young man who helped us as soon as we walked in and we were out in 20 minutes. Renting a trailer was a last minute decision and I was worried about my trip being delayed, but this was not a problem at all.Jessica A.

First, I requested a pickup at a location near my home then it was moved to a different location. I was okay with that. Then, I get to the pickup location and they inform me that the furniture dolly I had requested online was not available And all they had was hand truck. A little irritating, but OK. Then, I get back to my house and get the truck lined up to where I need it to be and go to open the back of the truck and there is a lock on the door. I was never given a key. I called the pick up location to let them know that I'm going to send my friend to pick up the key and they inform me that they do not give the key out. I had to drive the U-Haul truck back to the pick up Location so that they could unlock the door for me. ADDITIONALLY, they never put the hand truck in the uhaul for me! I wasn't offered any kind of discount or service recovery. They solely told me that I wouldn't be charged the mileage from me driving back and forth to the pickup location. This took an additional hour out of my day. It was a huge inconvenience. And I still paid full price. What a waste of my time. Get it together. Terrible service.Emily V.

Picked up a motorcycle trailer. When I hooked it up found left turn signal did not work. I told the attendant and was told to let them know upon returning trailer. When we had my dads bike on the trailer, the trailer vibrated with weight on it. The trailer has no brake lights or left turn. Told the attendant when I returned it, and they said okay. I had the worst experience that a Customer can have. To start off - I had reserved a 15' Box Truck and when I went to pick it up, the Cashier Employee (David) made a mistake and rented it to someone else. When I explained to him I needed that truck, as I have traveled from out of state and already planned my move around the vehicle and moving time, David yelled at me at the top of his voice "I don't give a fuck right now about this job or your fucking truck. I was diagnosed with Leukemia Cancer and you're not the one who is standing there with Cancer. I don't care bout this damn job - fuck you." There was a foreign man that appeared not to speak English - he just looked at me the whole time smiling like it was a joke. I told 'David' that he needed to calm down 4 times and to not tell at me, the customer. This was no way to treat your customers. I was so aggravated and irrate that I just took the smaller truck, knowing I would now in turn have to make 3 moves, opposed to the one with my initial reserved 15' Moving Box Truck. I will never utilize your services again and I will be letting anyone I know about my experience. I don't want anyone to go through this. This is not how you treat anyone, especially a Military Veteran. I truly hope to receive a call from the Owner of this establishment. - Martin Granadosmartin G.
I booked used the 24/7. It took 20 min for the approval after I sent all picture and such. I tried to call in and it took 15 min on hold to speak to someone. I understand it beg of month so it's busier so you should plan accordingly. Also the rent hours should be that hours not days. I had to pay a lot more than I should have because of this policy. These two things will make me think twice about renting with your company or recommending.ernestina B.

Hold your reservation for the specific location that the customer books. They over book at two locations. I wasted half my morning trying to find a 26' truck in town. What's the point of a reservation if you give it to the customer ahead of me in line?Jessica B.
It was a bit confusing finding your office as it was in the gas station mart. However, your employee was paying attention, saw me & came up to help. She was very polite and handled the droo off quickly. We used the trailer to haul a motorcycle & it was great at a very reasonable price. Thank you for being there when we needed a trailer! we posted that we needed a trailer for at least a week, they called and when we got there they said we need to get it back the next day, so after arguements they gave it up and cancelled their next customer who suppose to get it. We asked if they read the request, the only answer was "Hmmmm, never mind you need to return it" . So we got the trailer, and before a week they were horrasing and calling us up to return the trailer. These people should not be a UHaul dealer!!!!Gene W.

Make sure third party locations ensure maintenance of equipment. I use a trailer often, and due to poor maintenance, this specific motorcycle trailer caused my car to use an excessive amount of fuel. I used an entire tank of fuel to travel 170 miles with this specific trailer.Christopher F.

Even though I made an online reservation and had it set up for pickup at the office, when I got there I was made to wait 10 minutes as the only person in charge was on a phone call with a prospective client. What's the point of making a reservation if service prioritizes another client that doesn't plan?Mario I.
Redirected to this location 10 minutes before my arrival time to original location. Was even further away than they had me at first which was not close. The truck had a key broken off in the lock on the drivers side so had to climb in and over from passenger side. No apologies made for that. The owner/manager David? was unpleasant at the pick up and drop off. Very poor experience with U Haul on this rental. Not happy..denis D.

The lady I picked up the unit from was super friendly, knowledgeable, abd helpful. The guy I dropped the unit off with was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional.
