I do not recommend this place as a pick up. Person at business was not aware of how pick up works. It is a Barber shop. Truck keys were not in pick up box, they were in the drop of box. Truck did not have a dolly as requested. Took dolly off another truck only to realize later that is was an appliance dolly not standard hand truck. Your mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. It is not user friendly. Even the employee that I returned the truck to had issues using it. You have charged me a gas fee when I have returned the truck with the amount of gas required. Needless to say I will not use your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know.
