Each of the people I talked to were polite and ready to answer any question I asked. I had had trouble either the web-site to request the rental. When I went to the U-Hall in Southold, every question was answered and it all took about seven minutes. The guys were really nice and helpful.SHANNON S.

The vehicle was not very clean inside. Smoke smell and and had not been wiped clean inside. The location and staff were very niceLawrence R.
The only issue I had was I had to return it from Ronkonkoma NY back to Southold. Usually when you rent from U-haul you can return it to a nearby dealer. So it took me alot more time to do that, as well as having to pay for the gas from Ronkonkoma back to Southold. I thought that was unfair. Otherwise everything else went well.DONALD B.

The truck I booked weeks in advance was not available at the location I requested it at. The day before my move I was told I'd be getting a different truck an hour away, and could only pick it up the day before the day I had planned to. Very frustratingAshely G.

Location closes gates at 4pm so there's no evening drop off. The nice associate told me I wouldn't be charged anything extra. I tried returning rental by 4 pm although I paid until after 6. I didn't make it so I had to drive rental home adding a total of 64 miles. This added approximately $128 to my bill. Again the morning I returned the rental I waited to speak to representative. Again I was very nicely told DONT worry you won't be charged.... However I was really ruining my experience with U-haulAndy Z.
I was charged $5 for gas. It would be better if I was given a full tank of gas when I picked up the truck. Instead I had to return it with 3/4 of a tank. Its a little difficult to hit th exact mark when gassing up.FRANK B.

I have extended my drop off through U-Haul and I was told to drop it off Monday however the store is closed on Mondays so I opted to drop it off Sunday and found the experience to be incredible as I pulled in another person was pulling out and the representative met me in the parking lot Took the keys and I was checked out immediatelyCharles W.
