How U-Haul Reviews WorkLet the customer know that your great rate posted on the side of the truck is great just for short moves not for long moves. We were very surprised to find such a price difference in round trip $1200 as opposed to one way $371 for our last use. Not happy at getting ripped off by such a price difference, let your customers know the options - helpful customer service.

sally tBrian is great
PAUL MFindlay OH was an amazing location, the drop off in mass was horrible. There are no lights whatsoever in the parking lot. I understand it is a dark sky area but then don’t have it as a 24hr drop off. I am extremely disappointed in this drop off location.
