The location was very helpful. However I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. I had to wait 3 hours in a parking lot for a truck. I made a reservation that was moved to 2 different locations. I called customer service and they either had no trucks or trucks were over 200 miles away. I was moving on Thursday and planned accordingly. The lady at Chicos Mufflers helped me by calling the person that had the truck. Customer service with Uhaul is severely lacking. The $50 off reservation if your truck isn’t there was not honored. I will find friends with trucks or leave everything behind before I ever use Uhaul again.

Great customer service
CHERYL NI turned the equipment in a day early buy they did not check the equipment in until it was a day late and I was charged an extra $20 plus tax. I had to call and they have supposedly given me credit. This shold not have happened
