Daniel K.I rented the same truck twice a week apart. The first time I had made a comment on my check in that the coolant light came on and might have had a slow leak. I had to add coolant during the time I had the truck. The second time I got the same truck, I could tell it had not been moved from the first time I had it and right away after starting out, the coolant light came on. Same situation with no repair or check for a leak. Also when I went to furniture in the truck the second time a different person was working in the store. I did the mobile checkout and check in for the truck. When I went to return the key, the guy had no clue about the mobile check in process and gave me a hard time about having to check the odometer and fuel and everything. I told him that was all done already in the mobile process and he was very shocked. Questioned how I verified the odometer and fuel. A little training would go a long way.

So again a big big thank you to Daniel from Alabama location you saved us from having a total mess, to helping make sure everyone was sage and the Uhaul wasn't damaged. So because I was given a chance to get things corrected everything worked out.

Tim S.It took me over a hour and half to try to do online return of truck. It was on hold for 45 mins. The new return system does not work well on weekend nights. I do not think at this point if I will ever use u-haul again.

Kimberly B.The entire left side of the truck was leaking. It started to pour down rain after I returned home and started to load it. I tried to put towels up by the leaks but it turned out the entire back was leaking all along the left side and dripping so much in the corner that the top storage area puddled up with water. Everything I had already loaded, including mattresses, boxes, furniture was soaked with water. I tried to cover it with a tarp or move the items but it was unsuccessful. As i.was unloading and reloading items the next day I had items that were ruined, damp, and still wet. I also was not able to make another trip due to the rain and having to wait to load and unload items so several furniture items such as dresser, entertainment center, and big screen TV were not able to be moved and I was not able to go and pick the items back up from the place I moved out of so those items were left behind and lost as well.

Dennis L.Equipment was in bad shape. Door didn't close properly, there was a gap under the door. Had to use a hammer to open and close the latch. Tire blew on trailer 30 miles from my house and had to wait 3 hours for a tire change.

Ann F.Tell them to write down correct gas that is in the truck. We were charged for gas that was not in when we picked up. Also we paid for a dolly and it was not on the truck. I called in and was given a refund but I was charged for gas i did not use. Also we pre registered online and we still waited in a musky hardware store for almost 30 min. Do nit recommend this site at all.
