Drop off location was way out of town . Location was closed. I called and was told that no pictures were necessary just to drop the key in the return box. Owner of location eventually came out -not very friendly. truck was returned on 08/21 contract stated it was due on 08/22 and I still got charged for an extra day of use

I was charged for 2 Dollie's on my Contract. I had a group of men packing the truck and did not realize the haul Dollie's were not in the truck until after the truck was turned in in Crystal River, Florida. I need a refund on the charge of the Dollie's. Thank you.
