Steven RDid not know until day of by calling that they were unable to provide accurate number of furniture pads requested. This was a huge inconvenience as we were moving lots of furniture from FL to GA.

Sean CDon't try to tell customer they owe more at end of rental when everything has been prepaid. I haven't received any further emails or calls, so I am assuming that you got that issue straightened out. Technically you owe me .89 for using one mile less than originally estimated and paid for at the original reservation, but I'm not sweating you for .89. And I found all of your employees to be very polite and helpful. TY
