I had a verified reservation to pick up a trailer at 9 in the morning of Friday, June 26, 2026 at this location. It was verified by text the previous evening. I was scheduled to load the trailer immediately after picking it up and then drive to GA. Imagine my surprise when upon arriving at Choice Cigarette Outlet, I found the location with a sign on the door stating it was closed for the day. No phone call, no text, no email, no notification at all. This location is a convenience store which also had several customers attempting access to the business while I was there. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve the trailer after calling a regional UHaul customer service number and completing the reservation and pick up over the phone and email. Very poor business practice and customer service.
