Although yes/no questions don’t address the overall experience it was not horrible and the gentleman there was nice. I was upset about $30.00 fuel “service fee” - I know I was slightly under on fuel and over on miles but the minimal amount that plus 30$ was too much. I hate to be negative on him, but my fixed income was depleted quickly with this move
