The truck was clean but what a piece of junk.
Richard DHook the equipment up to customer’s car correctly so it doesn’t come off the hitch less than a mile from the property and crash into back of customers car. Maintain and inspect equipment, especially tires so customer doesn’t almost cause accident when tires blow apart while driving. My worst experience ever with a uhaul rental!

Antoine EWhen a customer reserves a truck, then calls and says he was having a problem and would be late, and was told that was not a problem, and then arrives 35 minutes late only to be told that they just rented the vehicle that he reserved and that they did not have another truck, and that he now has to drive an additional 60 miles to get another truck, that there would be someone there to help him only to find they are closed and has to do everything by phone, you would expect better customer service!

She is so kind and very generous.When she didn't have a truck available for me, yesterday, she got on the phone and called all around to find me just what I needed. I have been coming to her more than 10 times in the past nine months. If you give awards for excellent service, this woman deserves one.
Michelle CTrailer was in okay working order it’s missing the tab for the tongue to be able to remove the trailer and to make sure it’s latched properly. The owner of the place said he was waiting from U-Haul. To get him another black handle piece for install and removal of the trailer. Other than that the lights work and hooks hook up good. I didn’t know id need a light adapter for the trailer that cost another $12. The location was clean and organized. The owners were friendly and nice showed me how to hook up the trailer and make sure it was secured to my truck.

EDWARD HI could not find a box to put the key when I returned the truck so I placed it back in the same box from where we found the key when we picked up the truck. The pick up process took about 30 minutes, which seemed a little long. I'm glad I gave myself extra moving time or I would have been stressing out to get it back within the two hours I estimated the move would take. Drop off took about 10 minutes, not counting the time we took walking the parking lot and building looking for a nonexistent drop box. I do not think I will rent from uhaul again on a weekend. I prefer having a person to deal with at pick-up and drop off. Self service isn't always all it's cracked up to be.

MICHELLE CThe U-Haul representative insisted that we use a 2" ball for towing the trailer, but the trailer hitch was stamped that it could accept a 1-7/8" ball, which I had ready to go. I had to switch to the 2" ball, but really did not need to do this.
William SEverything went very smoothly for pickup and return of the rental truck. It was all done on my phone without any issues. I would definitely rent from Chucks Auto again.

JESSICA LUnfortunately, I forget the woman's name who assisted me with returning my U-Haul truck. She was so, super helpful. She had trouble with the convoluted contract, since I extended my agreement over the phone with Ruben at the 1-800 U-Haul number. The contract is not agree with what Ruben explained to me over the phone, and I kept him on the phone for a long time to explain it to me. What I ended up with was not what he explained to me. That's not what this review is about, though. It's about the lady at Chuck's Auto Service who was super nice and even gave me a ride home!

Kevin SThis location called me while we were in route to confirm our drop off and sent me instructions for after hours. They even called me today to see if a cane left in the truck was ours which it was not. We spoke about the sand in the front of the cab n it not being swept out and the check engine light to them all of which they observed as well. They are going to get it looked at before the next rental on the truck.

TED RNothing at all, everyone was so nice from the time I picked up the truck in Pennsylvania to where I dropped it off in Arizona. The 26-ft truck only had a thousand miles on it when I picked it up and ran great, but it did have a little water leakage when we turn the AC off on the passenger side floor. Thank you for the one way long distance rental everything was great.
John GThe truck we rented had some breaking issues going on. The front brakes, especially the passenger side was grinding really loud every time the vehicle was slowed or stopped.
HANNAH DPlace was no issue helped me set up and get on my way. Tire had dry rot and a different one blow on the journey. Not Uhaul’s finest hour.

Jeff FThe app was horrendous. It wouldn't load my location correctly, causing me to have to restart the process's on my wife's phone. Then it took forever for an agent to call for a conversation lasting literally 10 seconds to verify an emergency contact. Huge waste of time. Delayed us by 30 minutes and sucked donkey if you are on a tight schedule
