kattia aThe woman that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She made the process easier. When I returned to check the truck back in the place was closed because it was Sunday which I totally understand. That wasn't the problem at all. The U-Haul App was the biggest problem I encountered. It wouldn't let me check my vehicle back in. I finally had to call the help line because 2 hours later I got a text that it was still active and wanted me to return the vehicle to another location. The woman at the U-Haul help line was very nice and we got the problem fixed.

Rylee EThe reasons I wouldn't recommend this location is because I wasn't told that I had limited mileage. Now you're trying to bill me an extra $85 which I'm definitely not paying.
Croydon CAgain, nothing here. I had stopped by before dropping the truck off and the lady working there explained the drop off process clearly. Made it easy.

Anthony CWTF - you promised me one extra day because I had to drive an extra 40 miles to pickup truck - that 40 milews of gas too boot. I have the rental reicipt email to prove it.
