Location was perfectly fine. Cigar shop guys are cool. But there should be some type of measures in place that ensures the previous customer returns the truck in time. Maybe two hr buffers in between rentals. I had to wait for my truck because the previous customer was late to return the truck.

Susana MReserved a 20ft truck well in advance. When moving day came the place did not have my truck and did not open for hours to be able to get another truck onsite. Customer service helped me find another location (which I appreciate) that said they had the truck or one size smaller (15ft) but when I arrived they only had the small 10ft truck which resulted in me having to make multiple and going over mileage, instead of being able to get it all done in one trip.
