The truck was too high to get into very difficult for a senior and dangerous. A step stool in the truck would be ideal.

I had originally selected a location closer to where I needed the truck. I was reassigned to this location due to no trucks being available at my chosen location. Not only did I need to drive further (and pay more), the location was a cigar shop. I do not smoke and did not feel comfortable in the shop. And I had my younger teenage daughter with me. In addition to cigars and other tobacco products, there was a huge wall of condoms right next to where we were taking care of the rental, which greatly added to both our discomfort. It was not a location that was family friendly/religiously-minded friendly location at all.
Mariah PThe distance to where I went was 4.6 miles, and I didn’t make any detours or branch off anywhere. The round trip should therefore have been 9.2 miles. I’m not sure how you arrived at 12 miles and charged me for that distance. The idea of charging customers based on mileage is ridiculous, especially when the mileage being charged doesn’t appear to be accurate. I will make sure to let everyone around me know about this experience and recommend that they stick with Home Depot rentals instead, because this is extremely disappointing.
Adegbenro ALocation was perfectly fine. Cigar shop guys are cool. But there should be some type of measures in place that ensures the previous customer returns the truck in time. Maybe two hr buffers in between rentals. I had to wait for my truck because the previous customer was late to return the truck.
