Website should include detailed information of how to acquire booked truck before hours. I was at a regional location to pick up a truck and facility was closed. Wish app explained the process. I ended up rebooking at a satellite location that was open. Wasted 1.5 hours.

Reserved a 20ft truck well in advance. When moving day came the place did not have my truck and did not open for hours to be able to get another truck onsite. Customer service helped me find another location (which I appreciate) that said they had the truck or one size smaller (15ft) but when I arrived they only had the small 10ft truck which resulted in me having to make multiple and going over mileage, instead of being able to get it all done in one trip.
