I was called & told the location I ordered my uhaul to be picked up from was out of trucks and to go to this location as well. I was told I would receive some free mileage for having to travel farther. I got to the location & they’re closed. I called the after hours line w no answers. A neighbor called the office manager. She then called me back saying she is closed & out shopping at Costco & I’d have to wait. My scheduled pick up time was 11am. I had movers scheduled to be at my house at 1pm. They were there waiting for me. We waited from 12:30-1:20 & finally left to go down to the uhaul store where I originally wanted a truck from. They explained to me that I was told to go to the wrong place. That circle a trailers does not have the option to pick up online. The lady was extremely rude, telling me I was an inconvenience to her & hung up on me. She then left us waiting. At the uhaul store the workers were very helpful and got me a truck across town on sunset Dr. adding 30 extra minutes of travel just to get the truck. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I had to pay the movers for an hour and a half of time that they just sat at my house. This was all an error on the person who called from the scheduling office and gave me the incorrect location. DD at circle a trailers was extremely rude & had no suggestions for help. I would love the chance to request a full refund. I never received the mileage credit and then again was charged for extra mileage when I returned the truck. Please let me know what you can do to make this right. Extremely disappointed.
