Juan and team were very fast, friendly, and answered all of my questions. This was the fastest UHaul rentals I have ever had. Not only was the customer service and checkout experience top quality, but the truck was clean, had cold air, and was just as easy to return. The location at the. Citgo at 2610 N 40th St Tampa, FL 33605 United States was also fully upgraded and remodeled inside, they had a very clean store, healthy fresh food, lots of drinks and snacks, they happen to have my favorite deodorant, and gas. It was so easy to fill up the tank at drop off! Frankly- I use U haul once or twice per year and this was the best experience with any location-I will be coming back. The location itself was at the end of Ybor-so it was 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and because it’s on the highway- my gos says it’s 23 minutes from Citrus Park as well as about 23 minutes from Temple Terrace. Definitely, this was a great experience! Thank you!

There very shady people I was over charge with my Mileage I spoke customer representative Doug he very sweet and explain professional way there was issue with my account.. he sent me over to refunded department which was area manager Sean very rude and passive aggressive while on the phone accuse of lying ..while I explain everything that happen including with doug ..he called me liar this job shouldn’t be take personal base on relationship you have with the worker..I needed refunded my informations why put incorrectly from the Citgo location which very janking ..I got upset because I went to somewhere cheaper put in gas..would made sense just go there and I told him no I didn’t trust go there ..he took personal because he mention in the call that he know these guys ..once again I’m manager is well shouldn’t be taking personal because you this person ..business is business

This guy told me that if i drop off the van in another location they would refund me some money because it was super expensive so I ask him why was that and he told me not to worry about it that because everything goes by the mile and whenever I drop off the van in another location, (same city ) they would’ve just charge me whatever Miles I use, because it was in the same city but when i got to the other location the same day they told me that they couldn’t do any refund because it buy was a one-way trip. So I pay 3 times the money I was supposed to pay.
