There customer service was terrible

The van only had 1/4 tank of gas. I’d been called earlier in the day to verify I’d be there at 2:30. I was there to pick it up but the person to rent it to me took 30 minutes to show up.

They didn’t know how to give me the keys and didn’t know how to follow instructions. Also some how my reservation was changed and I did not get the dolly I requested. They also park the uhauls in handicap spots. The parking lot isn’t really meant for uhauls.

Serious overcharging and hidden fees. Also truck had the Check Engine light on the entire time of my rental.
