The truck itself was fine. My issues were 1) I had made this reservation several weeks in advance, but only on the morning when I picked it up did the app ask for references, and I couldn't access the key until they had been contacted 2) I had ordered several pieces of equipment (hand cart / blankets / cart) and was told by the proprietor that they didn't have any of that. 3) The proprietor didn't have my name on his list, and if I hadn't made a fuss might not have been able to pick up the truck that I had confirmation of for weeks. It was a very frustrating and stressful process considering the many moving pieces involved with the move (including having to reserve my freight elevator weeks in advance including $400 in deposit). Basically if I rent from Uhaul again, I'll do it from a genuine UHaul establishment rather than a gas station that brings in a few trucks a day.

Extremely poor customer service and no training for employees. I will definitely never come back to this place and will tell everyone to NOT come either.

The van only had 1/4 tank of gas. I’d been called earlier in the day to verify I’d be there at 2:30. I was there to pick it up but the person to rent it to me took 30 minutes to show up.

They didn’t know how to give me the keys and didn’t know how to follow instructions. Also some how my reservation was changed and I did not get the dolly I requested. They also park the uhauls in handicap spots. The parking lot isn’t really meant for uhauls.

Serious overcharging and hidden fees. Also truck had the Check Engine light on the entire time of my rental.
