I had to call customer service several times to get assistance. The person at the location only stated that he had nothing to do with U-Haul and the representative was home in bed. It took over an hour to get access to the truck and the dollie we requested was unavailable. No one answer the phone list on the website.

I made a reservation online and this was the only location that had the size truck I needed for a one-way rental. I was hesitant about renting at authorized dealer/store and not Uhaul. It was a nightmare, I was on a time schedule, it took more than an hour to get my rental because it was at a convenient store one clerk and she and I struggled with a language barrier, and she had to call someone one every time I ask a question. I reserved an appliance doll and utility dolly either were one the truck, and she was unable to reverse the charges and told me the facility where I would turn in my one way rental would refund my money, which that made No sense to me. Once again language barrier, I ask some type of letter/statement confirming she said I would get my refund at the drop off location, another call made. If my movers had not been waiting for me I would have walked away. I was able to get my rental, No equipment, but charged for it. I will never, never ever rent at an off site again.
