Incorrect return date, truck was returned on 9-9-22 at 845pm. Also, had to contact roadside assistance on departure date of 9-9-22. I expected a refund for one full day of equipment rental since it was returned early, I've attempted to call U-Haul multiple times with no responseDawn N.

UHaul needs to provide jacks for the trailers. I nearly killed myself unhooking the trailer by myself since the location was closed. Your online system is pretty much worthless. It took 5 phone calls and an email to get my trailer returned in the system. You are fortunate there is no competition or I would rent elsewhere.Loren K.

This location was great. It was the other location before I got to this one. I put out my reservation a week before my travel day at Midwest Ace Hardware In Junction City Kansas. Showed up to that location and my auto trailer wasn't there. The attendant said it wouldn't be there till Friday. How does that help when I had to leave that day? I then called U-Haul. They helped me find another trailer at a different location. This location was over 40 minutes away. Which is terrible since I have to travel 5 and a half hours the opposite direction. Very frustrating and will try a different rental service due to this issue. Never had issues before but will not have this issue again and will go through someone else. But the location in clay center was fine.Kyle A.

Check equipment before renting.motor cover was unlocked causing intense motor heat directed at my right leg. Cab had used clorox wipes and benedryl packets on floor. Ratcheting straps on trailer were corroded and very difficult to use. Staff at pickup location could not access keys to move another truck for trailer attachment to rented truck. Reservation info was not accurate upon pickup,,10% discount was not applied, also charged for extra day on trailer after it was dropped off on time ( had truck until 4:30 on drop off date)Chris H.

I appreciate u-haul allowing me to rent a larger 6 x 12 trailer that was at MY location, rather than having to drive 40 miles to pick up the 5 x 8 I had contracted for. I would recommend better communication between locations to set something like this up, however, because if I had not seen the larger trailer at MY location, I would have had no choice but to drive the 40 miles to get the trailer size I had ordered.Paul L.
