So I ended up having to rent from Cumming, GA doubling my mileage. So I’m not sure why I spent 30 minutes on the phone with your reservation team only to have my truck not available for me as was promised.

melissa pIt was difficult to figure out this business. There is a car wash and the uhauls are behind it, but the signs say not to drive thru the car wash. Someone helped me right away though, which was great!

SHIVA SLuis saw me pulling in and directed me straight to the right trailer. The service level at this place is way above all of the other U-Haul locations around. I have used them all as I rent trailers frequently, but from now on I'll always check here first. They don't just wait around in the office or hard to find like in other stores - these guys are out looking to help.
