Clean Air truck rental is the best! I have a new truck compared to my old one and didn't have the right plug for the trailer. They quickly let me borrow an adapter or my day rental. I always go to Clean Air Truck rental. Love those guys!
Brad BI made a reservation over the phone to use a flat trailer (6x12) from this location. I didn't think it would be practical to rent a trailer locally and pull it both ways of the trip. So I decided to do a one-way as I needed it to haul a small item from Georgia back to SC. I asked them multiple times if it was a one-way rental. I was told that indeed it could be returned at a location in my home state. Upon arrival, I checked in and the price was much higher than what it should have been for a daily rate. The gentleman working said that I had to rent a cargo trailer or a toy hauler for one-way rentals. I explained to him the conversation I had the day before and he would not honor the agreement or price. I had no options but to take the toy hauler for rent as it is a flat trailer some what similar to what I needed, just much larger. This rental cost me at the least 4 times more than it should have. If I wasn't 4 hours from home I would not have rented from them at all. They gave me false information over the phone and should have honored the price that is listed, instead of ripping me off. This is the first negative experience I have ever had at any U-haul location. The only way I will change this review is if they honor the price for the 6x12 flat trailer and refund the balance back to my card.

Leigh SI ordered a utility dolly and none were available. I took an appliance dolly but was too heavy and did not meet my needs. I ended up returning it. Not disappointed in Clean Air, they were great. Disapointed I did not get the equipment guaranteed by UHaul.

The process to exchange the trailer was so easy and the employee was so helpful and friendly. It was really a pleasant experience all around. The same for when I returned the trailer - so easy and the same employee was again so helpful and friendly. If I ever need to rent a U-HAUL, I will definitely use this location again.

BRANDI WLocation had a dog in it... just odd. Really small, felt uncomfortable with the readiness of the truck. Truck was dirty inside, mud on flooring, right rear tire was 25 lbs low, low tire indicator on, attendant said the tire was new, it wasn't, tire replacement was handled in my driveway, with all the confusion, key got locked in the truck, and as a result of all, your service teams handled my situations well. The fuel was on contract showing 7/8ths but it was actually 5/8ths. Nobody resolved this, so I turned the truck in with 7/8's anyway.

Wesley TI will only use this location going forward. They are awesome! Everyone is super helpful. I ran into an unexpected time issue and they allowed me to extend my rental an additional day. I heard about these guys from a friend but when I went online to reserve the truck, the website kept directing me to some other U-Haul (frustrating). So I drove over there to make my reservation. This seems more like a U-Hsul issue than the local store. Anyway they were all great and the shop dog is adorable!!

Regina CI have rented equipment from this location before (truck and trailer), and am always impressed by the level of customer service and availability of just about every U-Haul rental need. The business owner seems genuinely eager to make the customer experience a good one, and goes out of his way to give you the best he's got. I have another U-Haul location closer to my home, literally within a mile, but I go out of my way to use this one (5 miles) because of great previous experiences here. And this rental just adds to the list.

I had multiple changes during scheduling, and every single person was accommodating. Especially my last representative who stayed on the phone until we found another moving company. I think she had to call 8+ people. That is superior customer service.

BOBBY HTruck cargo door was hitting tension bar upon opening and then was very hard to close the last 1-2 feet. Truck’s engine labored heavily when accelerating from stop and when climbing hills from a slow speed. Worn out?

jesus oHad a reservation at one location only Tia arrive to be told the truck we reserved had not been returned yet was then referred to another location which was booked up they found another location for us and they were out of the smaller trucks but was able to accommodate us with a 15’ truck but at the cost of a 10’ truck. We were very pleased and appreciative for their help and great service.

Robert JMy GPS got me to the corner past the Car Wash location. the Staff was very helpful, efficient etc. The Washer fluid was low, I filled it up. I was going for a driving test and that was a checked item. Not a problem.
Charles KWe did an after-hours drop off so there was no contact with the site operator. There should be a “N/A” rating for personnel helpfulness. We have used this site numerous times, so I can honestly say these folks are very helpful.
