I’m really not happy with my recent experience. Originally I was scheduled to pickup at one location. They called and asked if i could pick up at a different location, not telling me that it wasn’t an actual uhaul or that their office hours were different. They were not prepared for me to pickup and I had to wait 30 min for them check in the truck and check it back out to me. I would have never agreed to changing my reservation had I known the experience would be like this. I chose the uhaul location I did because I knew they were reliable and would have everything i needed and usually if i need an accommodation, it’s not an issue. This new location did not meet our families needs, we felt incredibly rushed in our move, and the truck did not run as well as previous trucks we have ordered in the past.

First guy that helped me was awesome but I got charged for fuel when I left it where it was given to me. And when I called I was just thrown crazy also when I returned vehicle no one was present. Vehicle was dirty and had broken glass.
