The worst experience ever !! If you want to rent a UHaul, this isn’t the place… Showed up to pick up my trailer, walked up to the door that had a very present OPEN sign and the lights were on, so, I grabbed the handle,and it was locked and made a very noticeable clang when trying to open it.The lady behind the desk just five feet away from that locked door watched me as I tried to open it, not once, not twice, then after the third time simply looked down an away and would not reengage visually. Stood there for almost ten minutes at that door with your employee ignoring the obvious, I was confused, because she acknowledged me so I thought she was busy or engaged and didn’t want to appear rude by knocking on the door.After leaving, calling your dispatch and then returning at their insistence the lady behind the counter opened up the door and was so indignant that I was interrupting her meeting. She did let me in after almost 25 minutes gone by and while checking in, the most amazing thing I got out of this, was that her reason for not letting me in was the fact she was in a meeting… It’s 12:00 noon, i have just helped load another truck and then off to the gulf coast-for a 6 hour drive. Trying to just pick up my trailer and get 500 miles down the road before it gets too late. I stood at your door and you decided to ignore me, a customer trying to do business with you in good faith and do business… we would never leave negative reviews for anyone, that’s not happening here… My simple question is if it is a manager who I dealt with… she watched me not only at the front door, but this property has great video coverage of the property with multiple cameras. There was no denying I was there…after letting me in, there was a conference call about increasing customer business, while I am waiting and listening to this very well put together meeting it was highlighting how to increase business. HELLO…I am standing at your front door during business hours. NOVEL IDEA, how about you take care of the person standing and looking at you through that door, don’t diminish an old man because he looks a little frail and you so don’t have time to deal with me. The lady was very indignant that I was interrupting her meeting, the way this person talked to me was disturbing at best… Not sure we will ever do business with U-Haul ever.. we have been at the Collierville location on Byhalia as a customer for the previous 5 years and please check our record. Also, please pull the video of this location, it will back up what Iam saying here…

DAVID RThe woman who rented the trailer to me was very nice but I had scheduled to pick it up at another location at 8:30 and was notified the day before that I had to pick it up at this location which didn’t open until 9:30. This created a problem for a meeting I had scheduled. The trailer appeared clean, no visible trash or anything but once we started it moving the items into in we noticed there was black stuff that kept getting on our shoes and everything we were moving in. Second the trailer didn’t ride very well. We ended up having a flat on the trailer on Interstate 40 and finally she said there was a drop off location closer to the one I had chosen. I told her I was dropping it off on Saturday, which was two days early and she said great. When I went to drop it off they ended up being closed on Saturdays.

LATANYA SBrandy was a joy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly and with professionalism. She even had the connector in stock to hook up the lights to my vehicle if I needed to. I didn't because I didn't rent a trailer but it was that level of care and readiness that I will always seek out when I'm dealing with the stress of moving!
SAMUEL SNo moving pads, no way to connect old technology 4 way flat on U-Haul trailer to current 7 pin vehicle. Person at location was very friendly and helpful, but think being able to connect trailer and having moving pads is at least a minimum for rental.

Rell FI think the pre-rental process should be done with the help of the rental agent. The agent is familiar with the trucks and the previous damage made to the truck. Also, the app said I had reach limit on photos to upload showing damage. This should be up to 100 photos if needed.
Sylvia OEquipment was dirty, cab of truck had chips all over the floor. Trash under the seats. The back of the truck had leftover parts and pieces from a move or something. No pads available and no appliance dolly as promised.
Johnny Li was charged for 4 days when I had it less than 24 hours. The truck was disgusting.
Brittany SLillie was so sweet. We moved all of our things out of our old storage to hers as well. So convenient to have u haul abs storage in one location
RHONDA DThe website would not work to return the vehicle after hours and when I called the customer service number to get assistance no one answered. The lady who assisted me at the rental facility was very helpful.
