First I would say that U-Haul's ability to meet my urgent need for a vehicle was greatly appreciated- it was exactly what I needed, when I needed it, and it was easy for me to access the vehicle through your online process. The location on Carlisle St in Hanover was very convenient for my needs as well. Based on my good experience, I would use U-Haul services again, and I would recommend U-Haul to others (with some caveats, per below). I rated the location- a very small hotel- as "Average" simply because it could hold a single 10-foot U-Haul vehicle in its very small lot. The motel's manager was not very happy hosting the vehicle as it brought U-Haul customers to the motel at all hours and was an inconvenience to his running of the hotel and did not pay much for the effort. To be fair, the hotel's very small footprint is not conducive for hosting U-Haul operations. And I was fortunate enough for the motel manager to be there to advise me on how to access the U-Haul vehicle keys (this was the first time I had used U-Haul services).

Well key wasn't there had to call and get code for drop box but everything else was good

App did not work, never was sent a code to open the key box. U-Haul app said to get keys from office, hotel does not hold the U-Haul keys it was all supposed to be through app and key box. Had to spend hour on the phone with customer service and still never got the code.
