Well key wasn't there had to call and get code for drop box but everything else was good

App did not work, never was sent a code to open the key box. U-Haul app said to get keys from office, hotel does not hold the U-Haul keys it was all supposed to be through app and key box. Had to spend hour on the phone with customer service and still never got the code.
Mason AI gave a rating of 3 stars because I was over charged for the mileage resulting in an additional cost of $16.68. It will be by pleasure to increase the rating to 5 stars when I receive the additional cost. I sent a text to Rachel with the odometer reading showing the check in mileage of 93243. Thank you.
