The office staff was always very friendly & available. We’ve had multiple storage spaces in here for years. They have been very accommodating and great.

Maddie and Greg are very accomodating and run a great facility. Although my need was for a temporary 1 month space, if I ever needed stroage again I would use them in a heartbeat.

I had a scheduled move-in for Saturday, Sept 13, 2025. I arrived at 3:00 PM, the information I received stated business hours were 9AM-4PM. The building was open but there was no staff on site. I called the number in my confirmation email multiple times during the stated business hours, but couldn’t reach anyone—no call back and no alternate contact provided. It was a wasted trip and frustrating experience. Please improve communication (live phone coverage/voicemail, signage, or proactive cancellation notices) so customers aren’t left without assistance. I’ve attempted to make contact again today over the phone, still no answer and voicemail is full.

Everyone, including the other renters, was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The items we stored there were kept safe and moisture free until our return several months later. We highly recommend using their facility.

Showed up to move out, front door broken and wide open, fans were set up on every isle, all carts are about to fall apart. After clearing out my unit, near the back where my sectional couch was, I found MOLD all over the cushions, the leather, my recliner was coved in mold. Had the office Lady come take pictures of everything, only for her to tell me "I'm not sure if they will do anything for you" call me Monday. I'm moving into my new home and now I have no living room furniture... all I want is to be reimbursed for my loss to purchase something to sit on. The worst storage place, DO NOT STORE HERE!

I was out of town for six month and I left all my two bedroom apartment furniture at the storage (climate controlled). I just came back from my trip and I found everything in perfect conditions. I absolutely recommend this storage and the prices are very reasonable.

The owner was unwilling to provide receipts for charges and became verbally abusive when receipts were requested each month. He said it was too much work and terminated our lease. I would advise anyone looking for a storage unit to steer clear of this one. There are many options in the area with professional staff that can work their accounting systems.

All went well until the roof collapsed on our unit (after a rain). The owner had workers move our items to another unit and said they'd dried that got wet. Several months later we moved back into our renovated house and found a box containing a series of art books (with portfolios of each artist's work) had been left wet and were covered in black mold. To say we are devastated is an understatement.

Disappointed that proration of time when leaving the unit(s) was not honored as proration of time when moving in to the unit(s)...thus allowing a storage unit to collect double rent...having dollies and hand carts available was a big plus for moving items...and being a U-Haul dealer is also quite convenient...
