The person behind the counter knew nothing about the U-Haul trailer I didn’t know how to unhook it from my truck and neither did he he came back outside and handed me a phone number to the local U-haul person who told me what to do. Then when asked for my return receipt he told me to call the same guy again. If you are going to subcontract they should know about the equipment just saying.

TRACY BWe picked up the truck from a gas station. The lady working the counter inside was not well-informed of the U-Haul reservations--seemingly not her fault. She had to call someone to answer our questions and confirm our reservation. Would recommend better coordination between the location and U-Haul representatives. Jeremy, the man I was in contact with concerning my reservation, was not very helpful or responsive. I had also requested a dolly and plastic covers, which I was told were unavailable at this specific location when I went to pick up the truck. Overall, would appreciate a more professional and organized pickup.
