We picked up the truck from a gas station. The lady working the counter inside was not well-informed of the U-Haul reservations--seemingly not her fault. She had to call someone to answer our questions and confirm our reservation. Would recommend better coordination between the location and U-Haul representatives. Jeremy, the man I was in contact with concerning my reservation, was not very helpful or responsive. I had also requested a dolly and plastic covers, which I was told were unavailable at this specific location when I went to pick up the truck. Overall, would appreciate a more professional and organized pickup.
